Processing Times and Shipping Options
For Memorial Tree purchases, please allow 1-2 business days to receive your E-Certificate via email. Once your memorial trees have been planted, you will receive an email with the GPS coordinates.
For physical keepsake and memorial products, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Due to the custom nature of our products, there is a processing time of 7-10 business days prior to the order being ready to ship. As you are selecting shipping options please know that those time windows only reflect the shipping period, not the processing time.
